Student opportunity: BIGG Communications Intern

BIGG is seeking expressions of interest from students of either agriculture, animal, veterinary science, agribusiness or natural resource management for the 2024 BIGG Communications Intern - Drought Preparedness.

The Communications Intern will be mentored and actively involved in the delivery of BIGG’s communications activities including events (specifically the Annual Conference: 8 February 2024), website, social media and media relations. This is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain skills and experience whilst building networks.

The Internship will be offered on a part-time basis for the equivalent of 30 days and will receive an honorarium for work undertaken between Friday 5 January to Friday 13 September 2024.

Expressions of Interest are open until 5pm 15 December 2024; please refer to the 'Read More' button below for further information.

This project is supported by the Foundation for Rural Regional Renewal (FRRR), through funding from the Australian Government’s Future Drought Fund.
