Join BIGG for a field walk at the newly constructed 1‑ha poly‑lined catchment in Flaxman Valley. A first of its kind in the region, this 1‑ha catchment captures runoff that flows into an existing dam. Hear about why it was built, the requirements for building one and the steps involved in its construction.

Want to know the salinity of your bore or dam water?
Bring a 200ml sample in a triple rinsed bottle on the day, and the Northern & Yorke Landscape Board will test it on the spot for free!
